Increase or Decrease Rate of Energy Consumption per 10 000 yuan of GDP (%) ={(Total Energy Consumption in 2011/GDP of 2011) / (Total Energy Consumption in 2010 / GDP of 2010) —1}×100%

Increase or Decrease Rate of Electricity Consumption per 10 000 yuan of GDP (%) ={(Total Electricity Consumption in 2011/ GDP of 2011) / (Total Electricity Consumption in 2010/ GDP of 2010) —1}×100%

Increase or Decrease Rate of Energy Consumption per 10 000 yuan of Industrial Value-Added (%) = {(Growth Index of Energy Consumption of Industry in 2011)/( Growth Index of Industrial Value-Added in 2011)—1}×100%

2. The scope of the energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of industrial value-added is the main business income of industrial and corporate enterprises stood at 20 million yuan and above.

3. The figure of GDP and value-added industry are calculated according the price of 2010.
